NISHYA – Shipping and Delivery Policy

Each NISHYA Piece of Earth is meticulously prepared and undergoes a bespoke packaging process before reaching you. This policy has been established to clearly set out the procedures we follow in relation to shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Centres
Orders are dispatched from one of the following locations, subject to stock availability:
- Istanbul, Türkiye
- Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
The dispatch location is automatically determined by our system to ensure that your Piece of Earth reaches you in the fastest and most secure manner possible.
2. Courier Service
Your Piece of Earth will be delivered via Loomis, our contracted and insured courier specialising in the transportation of precious metals.
Courier details are displayed at the checkout stage. Once the delivery option is selected, the applicable delivery policy will be updated in accordance with the delivery location.
3. Shipping Fees
All shipments are provided free of charge.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary between 14 to 21 business days, depending on the production stage, stock availability, destination country, and logistical volume.
A definitive estimated delivery date will be communicated to you once the order has been dispatched.
5. Production and Dispatch Process
As each NISHYA Piece of Earth is made to order:
- You may request an amendment or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Following the expiry of the 24-hour period, the production process will commence.
- Production typically takes an average of 5 business days.
- Once production is complete, the dispatch process will begin.
- You will be kept informed at each stage of production.
6. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, the following details will be shared with you via SMS or email:
- Tracking number
- Courier company name
- Estimated delivery date
7. International Deliveries and Customs
For deliveries outside Türkiye and the UAE:
- Customs duties
- Additional import charges
- Local regulatory requirements
may apply in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Such charges may be requested by the relevant authorities upon delivery. Information regarding this matter will be provided during the order process.
8. Damage or Loss Upon Delivery
Each NISHYA Piece of Earth is shipped in specially designed protective packaging.
If the parcel is damaged upon delivery, you must:
- Request a damage report to be prepared in the presence of the courier.
- Take clear photographs of the damaged package.
- Immediately return the parcel to the courier and contact us without delay.
If the product is accepted by the recipient, NISHYA shall not be held liable for any damage, defect, or missing items identified thereafter.
We are ready to assist you throughout the entire process.
9. Undeliverable Shipments
In the event that a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s absence, the shipment will be returned to us by the courier.
We will contact you to arrange a new delivery accordingly.
