NISHYA – Cancellation and Returns Policy

At NISHYA, each Piece of Earth is produced exclusively upon order and crafted in accordance with the specific measurements and characteristics provided by you. This bespoke production model allows us to offer a more precise, personal, and conscious experience.
The cancellation, amendment, and return terms set out below have been prepared to clearly and transparently explain this production approach.
1. Order Placement and 24-Hour Amendment Right
Following the placement of your order, you are entitled, within a period of 24 hours, to:
- Request changes to product measurements,
- Request adjustments or updates to design details, or
- Cancel your order in full.
This period constitutes the preparatory phase prior to the commencement of production.

We aim to respond as promptly as possible.
2. Commencement of the Production Process
Upon the expiry of the 24-hour amendment period, your order will be released into production and your Piece of Earthwill be crafted specifically for you.
Once production has commenced:
- Order cancellations,
- Changes to size or design, and
- Discretionary or non-fault-based returns
shall no longer be permitted.
This is due to the fact that the product is manufactured exclusively for you. This practice is consistent with standard procedures applied by global fine jewellery brands.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If, upon receipt of your Piece of Earth, you identify any of the following:
- Manufacturing defects,
- Damage, or
- Delivery of an incorrect product or incorrect size,
you shall be entitled to an unconditional exchange or refund.
In such cases:
- You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- You may be requested to provide specific photographs for inspection purposes.
- Following our assessment, the exchange or refund process will be initiated.
For defective or incorrect items, all shipping and logistics costs shall be borne by NISHYA.
4. Discretionary Returns (Due to Bespoke Production)
As your Piece of Earth is produced exclusively for you, discretionary or non-fault-based returns are not accepted once production has been completed.
This policy forms part of our ethical and conscious production philosophy. Each item is crafted solely for the individual customer and is not suitable for resale.
5. Size Discrepancies and Adjustments
Personal measurements, such as ring sizes, are applied strictly based on the information provided by the customer.
Should a minor size discrepancy be identified after delivery:
- You may request a one-time complimentary adjustment by returning the item to us.
- Certain designs may not be technically suitable for adjustment; this will be clearly communicated at the order stage.
- Shipping costs associated with adjustment services may vary depending on the country of return.
6. Maintenance, Polishing, and Repair Services
NISHYA Pieces of Earth are designed for long-term use.
Should you require maintenance or repair services during the lifetime of your piece, you may contact us at any time for services including, but not limited to:
- Polishing,
- Removal of minor surface scratches,
- Stone inspection, and
- Setting and mount maintenance.
The scope of such services shall be determined based on the condition of the product.
7. Packaging and Shipment Condition
Your Piece of Earth is shipped using specialised protective packaging designed to prevent damage.
If the parcel appears damaged upon delivery, you must request a damage report from the courier at the time of delivery and notify us immediately.
8. Cross-Border (Türkiye – Dubai) Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges shall be processed through the original dispatch centre:
- Orders dispatched from Türkiye must be returned to the designated address in Türkiye.
- Orders dispatched from Dubai must be returned to the designated address in the UAE.
Return addresses will be communicated to you during the process.
